As a versatile Web Developer-Entrepreneur Federico is currently working as a project director in Web Developing and Multimedia solutions company "Golfo Media". With over 10 years of experience working as a Web Developer he is knowledgeable in languages such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, SQL Databases.
Federico has worked and developed Content Management and e-Commerce solutions for a diverse variety of industries, he is currently doing consulting work, encoding and IT maintenance for international companies such as Playing for Change.
Federico is also productive and versatile composer and musician with more than 15 years of experience in the music industry. He studied music from the age of five. He excels in piano, saxophone and fute.
Jazz and Classical music quickly became a passion of Federico’s and he continued his studies at Buenos Aires Music University for composing and conducting.
He continued his education in Berklee College of Music in Boston in music production, where he received instruction from the best programmers in the world for Korg, Roland, Yamaha, among others.
In 1992, Federico relocated to USA, contracted by Polygram Records with the group, “Spanish Fly.” The band went on tour internationally throughout the North, South and Latin Americas sharing stages with artists such as Liza Minelli and Tito Puente, and performing for high-profile events such as World Cup Soccer competitions and in private parties for celebrities Sandra Bullock and Oliver Stone.
In 1995 Federico started composing original music and designing sound effects for TV commercials such as MasterCard. In 1996 returned to Chicago to open D’Antoni Productions with his sister, Dinah. At the time he also became the music director of the well-known band “Bandoleros” for which he composed, mixed, and arranged all the music tracks.
As the main composer and chief engineer at D’Antoni Productions, Federico composed, written and arranged, original music and sound design for radio and television commercials, such as McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Tampax, Toys ‘R Us, Coca-Cola, Western Union, among others. He recorded with the musicians of the Chicago Symphony, an orchestral piece that he composed and arranged for a Coca Cola radio spot. He received a golden award for best commercial of the year 2003 for the Hispanic Churches Association Campaign, and participated in Mc. Donald’s Campaign “I’m loving it”
He has also scored music for an award winning short film “Imagine This”, and he has placed some of his many tracks in the feature films: “Once Upon a time in The Hood” by director Juan Frausto, “Latin Dragon” by director Scott Smith starring Lorenzo Lamas and Gary Busey. Both films released in spring 2004, “Puños Rosas” from the Mexican director Beto Gomez starring Jose Yenque, Cecilia Suarez released in February 2005. He also has music licensed in TV shows such as The Unit.
He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society and a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and Latin American Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammy Awards). |

Senior Designer Consultant and Broadcast Media Consultant for Golfo Media, his expertise includes HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Final Cut and he is a specialized IT in diverse operating systems and computer languages.
With 25 years of experience in Broadcast Media, Marcelo started his career as a director and script writer in the 80's and later in the 90's he completed Visual Communication Techniques in Belgrano University in Buenos Aires.
Between 1995 and 2005 he worked as an editor and post producer in The Music Channel in charge or promotions and sells.
Marcelo came to the USA in 2000 to work with the company Mango Media Group as and editor and post producer in charge of clients such as NBC Telemundo among others.
He also co-founded the Production and Post-Production company TV Lounge Studios un Arizona until 2006 working as a project director and logistics designing corporate identities, commercial promos, infomercials, documentaries, etc, for clients such as NBC Telemundo, Miller, Univision, Cox Media among others.
From 2007 to 2009 he was organizing the productions and logistic as a senior designer in USA Hispanos Periodico in Chicago, Illinois.

With more than 27 years experience in the Screen Printing and Graphic and Internet Industries, over the course of his career Santiago has gained amazing experience working in different departments and areas of the graphic industry; form screen printing to graphic design, illustration, web design and development, video production, post-production, photography to direct and manage very important and productive manufacturing facilities both in Mexico and the U.S.
Santiago has a Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Electric Engineering and Masters in Graphic Design. He is knowledgeable in Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects and Fireworks.
His expertise include Website Design and Development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), CMS, Shopping Carts, Flash Design, Interactive Flash Design, Graphic Design, Chroma key (Green Screen Studio), Photography, Videography.

From 1996 to 1999 he was the Production Director of Avante Textil, Toluca Mexico where he developed a sophisticated Art Department that went from hand drawing and hand color separations to computerized graphics creating first quality separations, outputted by a high end Image Setters. These changes helped increase productivity, end product quality and attracted many major sportswear and licensed brands.
Developed a full line of designs with high end color separations for Disney Consumer Products and Warner Brothers, Marvel, allowing their printed goods business to grow significantly in sales in their brand stores and major department stores across the country.
In 2008 he was in charge of coordinating production within 10 different Screen Printing facilities of vendors located in Los Angeles CA, Orange County CA, Santa Ana CA, Vista CA,San Diego CA, Tijuana Mexico and Ensenada Mexico. Training all outsource printers production personnel including Ink Department, Screens Department, Production department as well as the sample department, to maintain quality at the highest levels possible. From 2004 to 2006 Santiago created the Art Department at Industrias Desafio in Mexico to produce high end color separations improving product appearance and productivity.

As an early digital media pioneer, Leonardo Buono has been creating award-winning computer graphics-animation and interactive multimedia for over twenty five years.
Beginning his career as an illustrator and designer, Leonardo became involved with the then-emerging computer animation field in 1986.
In the years since, he has worked extensively with animators and programmers and successfully cultivated a brilliant career as a freelance art director, industrial designer, illustrator, photographer, writer and graphics artist Leonardo studied engineering at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires before moving to the USA, where he earned and developed a skill in illustration/animation five years early, due to the strength of his portfolio.
Upon arriving, he became the Acting and Visual FX director at the newly established creative computer center (Mango Media Group). And a Creative Director of the news promos at NBC Telemundo.
As well as a computer software consultant, designer web master for NO insurance Club, I Learning Global, Promo Films, Artear, Playing for Change and so many others.
Leonardo then founded the pioneering silm and digital studio TV LOUNGE STUDIOS, where he could meld his computer science expertise together with his artistic talent in the brand new fields of 3D animation and interactive multimedia.
